No, not to my knowledge. In using Proton VPN with a custom profile in my actual Lineage device, so the hotspot phone only sees a connection, that's it.

But do devices connected via hotspot share your phone's VPN connection?
Yes it is! I'll try that, thank you.

Is this the sameproject?
If so, I would post an issue on their github, usually the maintainers will get it fixed. If it's not an issue with Onboard, I would then post on the Linux Mint forums, maybe it's like a permission issue or something.
There's also linuxquestions.org.
*There's a somewhat similar issue (https://github.com/onboard-osk/onboard/issues/41), but that has to do with context and mouse pointers and such.
This photo should really show how trusted they should be. There is no share on Lemmy and their comments are on reddit!
Then a few things I noticed Vaultwarden was not mentioned, I will selfhost my password manager forever now I do not trust third parties. Vaultwarden and Bitwarden were not mentioned in the 2FA section, as I self host Vaultwarden I get all the Bitwarden paid features for free 2FA is included. Although this girl blocks ads and trackers with pihole and does not like adguard pro or home whatever it is called I know there are many who disagree with me.
But I cannot get over the fact that they are suggesting commenting on reddit.
Even in a near worst case scenario, where the laptop is being held hostage by W11, you can run piehole in docker & forget all these complications.
A travel router can do exactly what you're trying to do. Not sure if you can turn a Linux phone into a travel router but it's possible to do it with a raspberry pi so you may be able to do it with a Linux phone.
Idk about PostmarketOS. I use Lineage though, and my VPN app works just fine as does hotspot.
I use a 3rd party VPN for privacy (Proton 2 custom profile).
I meant at your place if you're using a VPN to for network. Then you could take advantage of a Pihole that you already use.
I spent some money and got a Flint 2 and installed vanialla OpenWRT onto it. I have two free static IP addresses from my ISP, I planned on setting up a mail server on one of them but that dream crashed down on me when I started learning about it! Anywho I use one of my static IP addresses and wireguard to VPN into my place where I have two very finally tuned to block things and all my devices use that connection when I am away from home. I can use Jellyfin and show off all my other services like Mealie, which I just set up so it is pulling recipes out of webpages every 6 hours. KitchenOwl, that helps me make shopping lists I needed something better than a notes app. My HA setup that has all my IoT stuff and my reminders. My *arr stack, and whatever else I feel like sharing. I have not shown off Mealie of Kitchenowl yet as I have just got them but I have shown off the *arr stack and pretend to be insulted when people ask me what I use to watch the shows, movies (Jellyfin) not sure what I will be using for music but that is something I will figure out when I am closer to recomining my collection.
*edit: I should maybe also mention I have a VPS so if I really wanted to I could do this all on there but I have a fleet of pi’s a 2014 Mac mini running Debian and hopefully a hand me down 2018 Mac mini that I will put Debian on in the next few weeks.
I would configure your phone to already have the necessary settings for VPN, so that any subsequent device’s traffic routes through that VPN (home).
Does PostmarketOS work like that? On Android even if the phone has VPN active any device that connects to the phone's hotspot will not have the VPN connection.
The security and privacy of my parent's home connection is exactly the issue... there is none!
I would configure your phone to already have the necessary settings for VPN, so that any subsequent device's traffic routes through that VPN (home).
On each device individual device, I would then setup adguard or ublock as browser extensions.
I don't know how to wirelessly run a pihole as DNS, short of connecting that to the phone hotspot, however, then you run into latency due to the VPN connection unless you allow for a split tunnel for that singular device.
Probably the simplest way to go about it.
Edit
However, if you're worried about privacy, how secure or private is your home connection?? Because if you have a pihole already at home, using the VPN should also default your DNS to the Pihole you already have configured... Anyway, give a few now details about your network setup.
Probably in response to publically announced vulnerabilities. e.g. eMudhra certificates

Tutorial videos and other video content associated with the Blender foundation.
Excuse the total ignorance.
Blender as in the CGI studio and 3D animation blender? Can I safely assume they use it to share and stream Indy and small creations?
It is pretty damn cool, a good window into it is to browse Blenders peertube community, they use it extensively.
I really need to learn more about Peer Tube. I've heard great things, want to invest the time to avoid streaming problems/costs, etc.
Thanks for the superior link!
The upstream news source (nlnet.nl) has the same list of projects, but each list item is expandable with a description (and the project weblink in there).
There are lots of cool projects there that I hadn't heard about before.
Didnt tried, but this one? https://maproj.org/apps/appstore
Nice, I didn't know that. Anyway, I don't have either of the video cards :D
