Thanks to you I bought the AYN Odin 3 from your review on it, you even warned is not to!

I'm glad I did, PC emulation went from strength to strength console emulation is better too and the GPU drivers keep coming and are easy to integrate.

I'm trying to atop myself installing Linux on it, but I see that happening someday, they're great little machines.

I used to do this, and it meant I'd hold onto old habits and never used my current OS how it was intended.

This wasnt just for Linux either, I'd try using Win95 like 3.1, I'd try using XP like 98, I'd try using win 8 like 7, I'd try using OS X like Windows and I'd try using Linux like OS X or like Windows.

When I decided to learn the OS I was using (which didn't take much effort, but was a bit of a conscious decision) I had a much better time, less frustrated and more comfortable.

That would always be my recommendation to anyone switching OS (Or DE) learn it the way it was intended and you'll have a much better time

That's not what you said though, you said Linux users would be no customer at all, that was never true.

Proton made the responsibility for support change from the Developers to Valve, and meant that Developers no longer cared to support Linux directly.

Be that good or bad or whatever.

I use family sharing and want to use a different family members account on my Steam Machine in general, but when i use it would like my own account, how is the experience for user switching?

Does the same game need to be installed twice? Is it quick to switch or do you need to authenticate each time?

Anyone using their Steam Machine or Steam Deck like this? Family sharing or not.

Only in the last 2 years have I begun my journey on reading as a hobby and pastime. I focused on sci-fi and fantasy picking series of books like The Witcher, The Wool series and The Expanse.

As I get to the last page of these books and browse the other books by the author they often have standalone novels set in the same universe.

The same thought crosses my mind that these books are probably not as good as the series of books and are more world building or cashing in on the success of the others.

What single novels or miniseries have you read that stood out as more interesting to you than the series an author is famous for?
