Really??? It's very clear Trump shouldn't be anywhere near power. It being a binary system mean you vote for the other person, who is clearly less bad. Less bad all you get to vote for under crap voting systems. It couldn't be clearer Trump is a wrongen.

You say they have nothing, but a lot of people are using it. Now I'd argue many aren't getting value out of it, even at a 10th to 100th the actual cost, but they think they are. (Often it is someone else has to fix the slop)

And I'm not saying a government bailout is the end of it. It just kicks the can down the road further. And probably makes the final pop bigger.

There is a reason these guys are building bunkers. It's not AI they are fearing. It is us. Rising up and demanded retribution. They are literally trying to work out how they can keep their security people under control in a collapse. And hoping to replace them with bots. Thinking they can maintain that themselves. Or leave earth and hide where we can't go. It's all absolutely mental.

Get off America tech. Running closed America software on closed American hardware, at the heart of our government, industry and military is absolutely insane. They can just turn off it when they like for who they like. Their anticompetitive market places hoover money out the country, basically untaxed, and sell good that don't meet our regulations. It all just insane.

I'm not saying it is a good idea. Or even one the populous wants. I'd be shocked if it all allowed to collapse and dominoes fall where they may. It will all be wrapped in the flag and about maintaining America lead/power (monopolies) and force fed to voters by both parties. There are only two parties to buy.

I have a btrfs that ran out of metadata space. Everything that matters has been copied off, but it's educational to try and recover it.

Now from when the btrfs is mounted R/W , a timer starts to a kernel panic. The kernel panic for the stack of "btrfs_async_reclaim_metadata_space" where it says it runs out of metadata space.

Now there is space data space and the partition it is on has been resized. But it can't resize the partition to get the extra space before it hits this panic. If it's mounted read only, it can't be resized.

It seams to me, if I could stop this "btrfs_async_reclaim_metadata_space" process happening, so it was just in a static state, I could resize the partition, to give it breathing space to balance and move some of that free data space to metadata free space.

However none of the mount options of sysfs controls seam to stop it.

The mount options I had hope in were skip_balance and noautodefrag. The sysfs control I had hope in was bg_reclaim_threshold.

Ideas appreciated. This seams like it should be recoverable.
