This is the reason we shouldn't have bosses. If 99% oft a company disagrees with a tactic that the CEO wants, one person can destroy everything. It's statistically speaking likely a more narcisstic/psychopathic person at the top.

We need workers cooperatives instead, where decisions are met based on consensus of employees

It can be messy and it can be complicated, but it really doesn't have to be.

I know and bunch of people including myself who are very adult about their (romantic) long-term relationships. Those people tend to work hard in themselves and their relationships, especially in the first few years though.

Ah yeah, I realize I misunderstood you. I thought you meant that rioting/organizing against this system in general (historically) doesn't work.

But I still believe that organizing matters, always. Even if it only saves a few people from being deported or makes change more difficult it is meaningful. I may not bring Trump out of office, that might be true

I disagree. They may not have achieved their goals, but they have often achieved a step towards it. Riots for the abolition of work may lead to less working hours and better protection. Stonewall was a riot..stuff for queer folks is far from perfect but has improved a lot in the last decades in many countries.
