China is contrary to a popular belief capitalist country, so yes they are private. I appreciate your feedback regarding public infrastructure and I will remember it when talking about chinese infrastructure again, however falling skyscrapers are still a serious issue which at this scale should have already been addressed by CCP especially by self proclaimed socialist government.

A skyscraper falling is a serious disaster and its construction should be heavily regulated by the government. China having the most skyscrapers doesn't make it okay for any skyscraper to fall and the people responsible should be behind bars. Seeing how often it happens clearly shows that the risk can be ignored and there is a failure in the system.

What if they injected a lot of testosterone to get more muscle fast and now they're happy that it developed into breast tissue. Now that they've achieved their muscle they're going to get on estrogen to become a muscle mommy of their dreams. Checkmate atheists.

Low maintenance. I dislike most people, I dislike going out, I dislike buying stuff I can do myself. All I want is to be by myself and read in peace. I do like kids and talking tho, so just going to uni or watching over young family members is enough for me.
