Uh huh. Kinda sidestepped all my questions there. Where do you draw the line?

So, "drawn" kiddie porn is legal in the US. What about realistic AI generated kiddie porn? Is that protected by the first ammendment?

Do you think it should be?

Should you be allowed to distribute it, or do you feel its okay only if it stays in your personal collection?

And where do you draw the line?

For example, do you think CSAM should be legal as long as those in the material are fictional?

If you think that is not okay, would it make a difference to you if those in the material were not "realistic" (but still underage)?

I don't think people are suggesting it should be illegal because they personally don't want to see it, but rather because they believe that it is damaging to society as a whole.

I live in the UK and regularly travel to and from the rest of Europe. Never had my carry on luggage weighed. Not on the way out or the returning journey.

I check in online and rarely travel with hold luggage, usually only a big rucksack to carry on, so maybe that is part of the reason. Though one would think that would make them want to check the weight of my bag more??

I dont even know where they would weigh my carry on luggage as I don't use the check in desks. Unless they discretly do it while at the security scanners?? That would be news to me.

    Maybe I've just been lucky.

I wouldn't say that police cameras are hidden, I assume you are referring to bodyworn cams? And I really don't know who are the misbehaving corpos you speak of. Not saying they don't exist, just that is super vague. Do you mean cctv for security? Because I dont know if i would call those hidden either?

I don't really understand how making them offline only makes them any less dangerous? The issue is that the camera is discrete enough that people wont notice theyre being recorded, not that the glasses can connect to the internet.

My justification for what exactly? I wasn't justifying anything.

And what do you believe should be a crime? Giving out free keys, or selling keys that you got for free?

If theres no formal agreement and no contract between the dev and the recipient of the key, where/what is the crime??

Well, for a start, a streamer sharing the code with a friend and them selling it is obviously not the marketplace stealing anything.

So do we have any proof that these sellers are scamming developers by posing as streamers or is this something that you are asserting?

What do you mean "companies steal and sell them". How? Like they are hacking into the email accounts of streamers and stealing and selling the key before the streamer can activate it?

Or they are stealing them from the developer directly somehow?

I don't see how this would be feasible...

More likely that the streamer or reviewer receiving the free key is selling it on these marketplaces.

If these streamers aren't being contracted, then it is basically the same as a gift. Selling the key is still perhaps morally dubious if there was an expectation of promotion, but that's as far as it goes.

I'm also not sure. Apparently their loading screen is going to be slower than a game's loading screen someday.

I dont know what is means for a person to have a "loading screen"? Maybe OP isn't a person at all?
