This was expected, Musk is supporting AfD. And the US government wants a couple of countries to leave EU.

  • Far-right "nationalists" working against national (as well as European) interests? Must be a day ending in "y".

As flawed as the EU may or may not be, it's leagues better than being ruled by Sil-V.

Hopefully within Europe we do not succumb to such obvious or overt bribery.

I really hate US-bigtec. I'm boycotting 99,9% (surely missed some spots) but it frustrates to see that so few people understand and care. Or at least half of it.

Itโ€™s difficult. What phone do you use?

It is, yes. For me not so much. Phone's a damn pixel6pro that does not want to die. With Grapheneos. Bought it when it came out, as all other vendors did close up so badly. Next one surely will be some Linux one. I don't care for many features. But why throw away if it still works fine. I'm too cheapskate for that. Google is blocked globally at home, same with all other US-bigtec. And yes, half the web is dead to me and I really really mourn the web of yesteryear. Even google before they ditched "don't be evil".
