This woman chose to marry this sad excuse for a human being. She deserves no pity.

I wonder how she can sleep. Like if the order was given to kill any non Christian non white, does she really think Vance wouldn't?

Hang on, another Charlie kirk event??

  • source
  • hideshow 3 child comments
  • [–] 2 points 1 year ago*

you do know that they won't stop, right?

best case scenario, this becomes like a Terry Fox moment, where school children in the states have one day a year where they go outside and the local police pretend to shoot them, and then teachers give a lesson afterwards on how it was so terrible that Charlie Kirk was shot at a school, but when it happens to them in 2 years it's just God's plan

*to be clear, by best case scenario, I mean in terms of frequency and impact, where it's just a one day a year event that people can easily ignore if they choose to. The rest was obviously my own embellishment

Couch abuse is not joke. Every day thousands of couches are neglected, unloved, abused, and misunderstood.

You can make a difference though! Consider joining the People Against Vance Fucking Everyone's Couch Society (PAVFECS).

For the cost of a cup of coffee once a day you can ensure that couches have the help and protection they need to avoid Vance fucking them. We here at PAVFECS know that every couch, even ones fucked by Vance, deserve a better life. Join today!

Jesus christ, how much therapy are these kids gonna need? They've already had to watch their father apologize to fucking white supremacists for his wife not being white during the campaign, if they haven't already I'm sure they're destined to hear incessantly about him fucking couches, this shit now, and I'm sure somewhere around 500k other things I've already forgotten about by now

I think some people are forgetting something.

She's a woman. She's not white. Her religion is basically meaningless to these creatures.

This is part of the show. She is less than Vance to MAGA. Because she is a woman, and not white, the ultimate proof of her subservience to Vance is if she ALSO converts officially to (whatever faith he calls himself 🤮).

This is to show MAGAts that they can claim non-white women as their own property and make them do what they want. From what I understand from my Hispanic friends is that this is already underway with ICE kidnappings. Women, in particular, are separated. I can't speak Spanish, so I can't actually verify the translation.

The suspicion is that the "white replacement fear" is being fought by sterilizing the kidnapped women, or forcing them to bear white children (the traditional Nazi way too! Rape.) . The men are incarcerated, deported, or otherwise removed.

I can verify that publicly posting ICE locations on Facebook or mentioning antifacism will get your account banned and related accounts flagged as "suspected to have links to a known terrorist organization."

It should be fairly obvious that while it might be non-white women today, tomorrow it will be white women.

Of course any white man like me that speaks of the horrors and continues to dissent will undoubtedly be targeted. There is ONE single weapon that is effective in the war on fascism. Knowledge.

  • While true theres a reason most war gods have knowledge connotations or are also gods of knowledge. Warfare without intellect or wisdom is doomed to fail. Which is more effective throwing ten guys against a thousand or whittling that thousand down through attrition tactics until they break.

And how do you expect people to fight back if they don't know how to.

I still use Facebook and pretty much only post anti fascist takes to purposely fight against friends and family members posting hateful shit. I chose to stay on as a voice against.

    I haven’t been banned yet.

It was posting the ICE locations that got them banned. The "antifacism" stuff was used as the reason to remove the account.

I think this really shows how shallow their marriage really is, that's the sort of topic you discuss Privately with your spouse, not publicly shame them. Yikes

I mean to be fair she looks completely ok with a government rounding up immigrants or anyone slightly fair skinned really and deport them without any due process. So shallowness might not be just in their marriage. This is not a fight between races, this is a fight between classes. As long as you are rich you are fine no matter what your sex, gender or race is.

Well if she does she'd probably be better at any religion than her husband who converted to catholicism then insisted on picking fights with a dying pope, killing him.

So people want him to (1) believe that the Catholic faith is essential for eternal salvation but also (2) not care whether or not his wife is Catholic? That wouldn't make any sense. Of course any Catholic who cares about his loved ones is going to hope that they convert to Catholicism.

No one thinks he believes #1. Like most Republicans, he's very obviously not a true believer or he'd be acting differently regarding doing good for people, not just waving the Bible around when he does evil. Two actual Popes have said what he's involved in is wrong.

Thats contrary to the basis of Islam and Christianity, which explicitly have always been about conversions.

Christians believe their God cares about and wants them to try to save everyone, they believe following the Christian God is the path to everlasting happiness, that's where the evangelism comes from- even when it takes a cruel form it is at least in theory a good intent(in practice of course often not).

Muslims believe their God wants all people to recognize and submit to the truth of himself, and that spreading this message is a duty.

I think they're doing a good job of writing for the common denominator of their audience. It comes out as trashy writing, because that's what the audience wants. The failure of education is what's taking down journalism.

It's referenced in the movie, Idiocracy, and I think it's even more accurate now. I believe we'll continue to see further increases in grandstanding and violent, partisan rhetoric in journalism and maybe even courts of law until we find a way to turn things around. In the meantime, it's pretty much just a WWE match and the news media are the bombastic commentators.

Parks and Rec has a good analogy for this in "Crazy Ira and the Douche." They're not stupid. They're just talking down to their audience.

Edit: Grammar (I'm aware of the irony. Although, now that I'm aware of it, is it still ironic?)

I don't think they even put that much thought into it. I really believe it was trial and error of "oh... That trashy headline got more clicks. More of that please!" And that was the end of the thought process.

You put more thought into their actions than they did, collectively.

If she doesn’t convert, does he have to divorce her for being a heathen? Let’s see these far-right cretins start acting with the conviction they pretend to have.
