Why does my sub to our ko-fi keep getting cancelled? (lemmy.dbzer0.com)

I know I haven't been active since I began this very intense full time job (to go with my full time school) but I just got an email that said my subscription has gotten cancelled again.

Is there any way to stop that happening?

Sorry if this is the wrong place. Don't have a lot of time to look for the right one. Thanks!

I have no clue tbh. I haven't set anything up. You can try using liberapay instead maybe?

    Mine has dropped once so far during February and March. Once I resubscribed it seems to be staying. Maybe it’s scared because we’re watching now?

    Have you had it drop multiple times?
