The point isn't justice, it's white supremacy.

I'm about at the point where I don't want to cross the border to leave the U.S. unless I am planning on it being a one-way trip.

Gestapo ICE agents and leadership need to be indicted and prosecuted if we are ever to become a nation of laws again.

“They put us in chains, so I had a chain from my hands under my belly that went all the way to my legs,” she added. “Every now and then, I would fix my hands because I felt like I would be putting too much pressure because the chain went under my belly.”

López was released after complaining of stomach pain and went straight to a hospital where she started having contractions, which she believes were caused by the stress of what she had gone through.

The "Pro-Life" party, everyone. (And if this is what they do to citizens who are brown, imagine how they treat the actual non-citizens....)

    “Critical Race Theory is propaganda.”

    “Systemic racism [in x y z / Quebec] is a myth.”

Settler states always have this stuff in varying degrees, whether fascist or centrist. Capitalism just makes it worse.

    Decolonize the mind and state.

I'm curious to know if he had applied for refugee status or was in the process somehow. It feels like they're going after people who are trying to follow the process.

My feeling, which is all I can base this on, is that they want the folks who aren't following the process because they don't have to pay them as much. If someone is following the process they have to pay minimum wage. If someone hops the fence they get paid less, under the table, no benefits, and with the threat of ICE if they aren't working themselves to death.

My question is because the news is consistently reporting on people who are following the process being detained. And your feeling doesn't even match the fake claim, which is that they're "going after criminals." Which the numbers show they aren't. So I'm really wondering if they're going after low hanging fruit since the reality is that Trump is actually deporting roughly the same amount of people Biden did.

Most recent in my state was a business owner who had been here for decades but only just now started the immigration process under Biden just got taken. They cited a DUI, but the county DA said there's no record of that.
