Why would Latin America help? Did the west helped Latin America?

? Latin America is as much part of 'The West' as Ukraine is. What are you talking about?

I am referring to the political block not the geographical one

Yeah, me too. How much close do you have to be socially, culturally, historically, commercially, religiously, economically to the west before being called 'The West' like Ukraine?

Politically Ukraine is very close to the west and it's track record on the UN is almost always aligned by the west. At the end of the day I really don't see that much incentive for Latin America to help to a big extend. To be also clear I believe Russia is the aggressor and that it need to be forced out of Ukraine

Maybe the countries in Latin America can strike a bargain or a deal with Ukraine or some European country. It's not supposed to be charity, no one is doing anything here solely out of the goodness of their hearts.

Setting aside the question of westernness, Ukraine has more experience than any other country in defending themselves with drones. They have developed tactics and approaches that are valuable to many countries.

The enemies of the Latin american countries are literally the countries who ukraine depend on to defend themselves against the Russian aggression

Yes. Ukraine still knows how to defend a country with drones, which is still useful knowledge, and they’re reaching out. If Ukraine has downstream problems with the anglosphere and Europe later because of their cooperation with Latin America, that’s unfortunate, but it doesn’t affect Latin America.

In what world are you living? No country helps another without some interests in mind; some are legitimate interests, some are not.

Oh my goodness the nostalgia! I haven't seen someone unironically do the "there's no such thing as altruism" bit since I left reddit. Go on, now argue that those resources could be better used by their own citizens!
