    People are bragging dems were running on simply restoring aca to before trump. Not improve, not reform, just put back to before Trump.

    Probably best Democrats can do is some compromise related to killing more non Americans in exchange for a few more years for ACA, with an expiration date set to be renewed about when the gop comes back into power

    If you define "winning the war" as completely selling out to everything in the Democratic Party he fought against in 2016 and sheepdogging enough of the Left into the party to stage off its collapse for a couple more decades, then sure I guess.

    Jeffries has an unfortunately high chance of becoming the House Majority leader. If that happens, the Democrats will squander the next two years trying to compromise with the far-right rather than prosecuting Trump for his crimes and grift.
