My wife has had counseling from the same lady for years, she's gotten tons of help!

Today she learned the insurance company has informed the counselor that in the future for someone to get to a real person they'd have to do AI counseling first and then maybe a real person. What the fuck? She didn't know what the gatekeeping would look like but the insurance company asked for her permission to use her likeness (voice, face, etc.) as one of the personas for the AI counselor. She said no!

Fucking hell.
