It is suggested by youtuber the hated one. The owner is anarchist and he has developed mixnet to prevent surveillance. Mixnet is very hard to track (with 5nodes) and adds random traffic to prevent ai analysis

I've been using it for a while now. Its pretty good. The company is rad (See what Clark said). The connection can be fairly buggy though.
The tech and the goal of the tech is of increasing importance IMHO. It is cheap. It seems to work as intended. I hope it gets more widespread adoption and growth as I notice big tech has become even more violently invasive using the AI usage data of their customers.
But if the client device/phone is not secure enough against invasive taking into possession of everything you do like Apple/Alphabet/Huawei etc. backdoored OSs then I would start with that. GrapheneOS for example.
Nym seems incredibly recent and pretty obscure. I'd recommend using AirVPN or IVPN instead (or Mullvad if you're not bothered by their politics).
If you don’t have any serious concerns then try it out.
Mixnets are kinda a non solution and nyms implementation of one gives you the worst features of tor and a traditional vpn. If you can’t articulate why you’re choosing nym over anything else you probably shouldn’t be using it.
