Those actual Epstein files must have some really nasty stuff on Musk. He's just like his dad.

His whole family line is rotten, his grandfather Joshua Norman Haldeman was pushed out of Canada for open racist tirades and antisemitism and opposing democracy, then he landed in South Africa to support the Apartheid.

I don't think Musk is in there except for begging to be let in the club. Epstein was not a stupid man. He knew exactly what kind of loud-mouthed braggart Musk is and wouldn't let him come anywhere near his rape island.

Apparently they communicated, because of course Epstein would have been interested in anyone that wealthy, but I doubt Musk ever saw a rape party.

Keeping Texas Republican seems to be an existential crisis for conservatives and fascists.

A good amount of people seem to have woken up to the fact that Republicans are in charge of everything and everything is getting worse every day.

If Texas flips voters in other states might start thinking, "What do they know I don't?" or, "If Democrats are OK even in Texas, they must be OK here as well.*"

I'd guess it's like being at the thrift store, not being interested in anything until you see someone get excited about a find. Then you start looking more closely because you want to share in that joy. Kinda like how we all wish Mamdani was our mayor.

    * Mississippi need not apply.

Paxton is such a bad person and he gets rewarded with $190 million dollars. We need more guillotines. Maybe some sort of BBQ themed one or something with cattle horns on it for local flavor. I would personally apply hot sauce to the blade so you experience the most spicy few milliseconds before your head falls off.

They're being really rude about transgender people in their ads too.

They put this on doors today. Yesterday's was worse. My mail box is stuffed with his jacked up face too.

I found it interesting they chose an all white group, apart from a black doctor and a woman in a headcovering, because no hispanics in Texas is just silly.

That strikes me more about the absurdity of some pronoun use than an attack on trans folks. If it was the latter, they could have easily been way more clear.

OTOH, they're still running anti-trans ads when polls show that even conservatives mostly think the ads are mean and they're not voting on that subject.

That's what you get if you go from
    1 person = 1 vote
    to
    1 USD = 1 vote...

It's truly humourous to me that they've rigged the Texas elections to such an extent and are still projected to lose.

Unfortunately the polls are still too close to call, even with all the bullshit.

It's be hilarious if Hinojosa was running ads like, "Remember Governor Ann (Richards)? Remember the good times when we had a Democrat in the Governor's Mansion? Ask my opponent, 'What have you Republicans done for me lately?'"
