I have no idea how to evaluate if I have the printer properly calibrated, how does it look?

Your first layer looks a little high, you shouldn't be able to see the next layer through it like that. But other than that I think it looks great.

I have it at -1.800 currently, do you have a suggestion for how much lower I should go?

The benchy website has a document about how to evaluate it.

I love modern 3d printer. Press button and get really good prints first try.

I don't think I've printed anything this crisp in my decade of printing.

That being said my parts are mostly structural so crispness doesn't matter, but I'm still jealous.

That looks like a Prusa mini? Not much you need to calibrate there, at least in its early life.

Yea, I got a mini+ the only thing there was to calibrate was the z-axis, but I wasn't sure if I got it right

That's really just to make sure your prints stick properly to the bed, honestly. I found that the best way to tune it is by tuning the z-offset (just hold the button during the first layer) while printing a large-ish cube, with the fill angle set horizontally (not in front of a computer at the moment to give you more specifics). It basically is a larger version of what happens at the end of the built-in z-offset calibration.
