Because no one is illegal on stolen land.

I get the message, but it really makes it sound like you’re allowed to steal land and get away with it. Which I guess you can get away with it if you’re white taking the land from someone darker than you.

    Nah. It’s whoever has the biggest weapons gets away with it. If you’ve got a larger country with a bigger stick standing behind you, you can attack anyone you want and no one says shit.

    It also just sounds like stupid lib shit. No one is illegal–period. Nothing more needs to be said. If the land wasn't stolen, would it be okay to start labeling people illegal?

    Which is, of course, a refutation of a ridiculous straw man, because no one is actually labeling the people themselves illegal, when referring to them having immigrated illegally. It's a deliberate cringy misinterpretation of simple shorthand.

    If you call someone a thief, are you saying that they are theft, or are you saying that they stole?
