Wait, what do I need to do to unlock the oven door during that, it's the temperature I want to cook my pizzas

Should be able to get a similar effect in most ovens by putting ot on max broil, though of course that requires having a broil setting.

Also you should of course have it clean already, or you'll just be smoking your pizza out with grease smoke.
