Trouble saying "socially constructive lies" instead of either uncomfortable silence or even just saying the uncouth thing out loud, avoiding talking over people and vocal volume control, hang ups relating to autistic perfectionism, obsessive behavior in general.

Like, these aren't really things I can avoid doing. I know because I've tried. I mean, I can temporarily stop but that just usually leads to becoming incredibly burnt out, alienated, or depressed.
