been looking for a community to write and discuss theoratical CS stuff. can I post it here?

there are other communities like: https://cs.stackexchange.com/ but don't know how friendly they are toward begginers.

That'd be great. "Programming" is a part of compsci and by itself, it's pretty limited if you ask me.
