In an interview with two Times reporters, President Trump blamed the G.O.P.’s losses on the fact that he was not on the ballot and said he was willing to work with Democrats.

President Trump said Tuesday night that he would accept the results of the midterm elections and was prepared to work with Democrats.

“I am absolutely willing to accept those results,” he said in an interview with The New York Times.

He added: “We’ll work with the Democrats, and we’ll, you know, look forward to working with them. We’ll probably work something out.”

Mr. Trump blamed Republican losses on the fact that he was not on the ballot and said he had no regrets about endorsing candidates such as Senator Darline Graham, Republican of South Carolina, and Ken Paxton, the Republican attorney general of Texas.

I was listening to NPR interview some asshole from the heritage foundation tonight before the results started rolling in. Suddenly, this motherfucker is using the word “bipartisanship.” After all the terrorism that was Project 2025, this motherfucker wants to talk about bipartisanship.

Right wing scum bag commentators on other news outlets are doing the same. Dems, after taking control of Congress must messege well; and actually try to do legislation that will especially lift lower to middle class economic prospects. However, I am all for dems using all ways possible, to frustrate every plan of republicans that does not directly hurt their constituents. Also, I hope the dems will use every shitty political underhanded means, to push forth their agenda; as ''working'' with the repubs is likely, not often possible. That is one thing that worries me about polticians like Talarico; that they might be too high minded, and good intentioned; when often they need to see republican's clearly for what they are: anti-democracy, greedy, power loving syncophants.
