Something that I noticed on this rewatch: the logistics of the choking scene make no sense, if you think of it. Why would EMTs ever be helping someone choking? If someone was choking, no one would have time to call EMTs to assist. The choker would be passed out before the call is finished, let alone how long it takes for the EMTs to actually arrive. The only way this scene makes sense is if you assume they had been responding to some other emergency at this restaurant, then a completely unrelated individual happened to start choking while they were there.
