I think his point was you're completely conflating the term independent and Centrist. Which is absolutely not the same thing.

    It's not my conflation.

    They are not the same thing. That's why we have two different words with two different meanings.

    All independents are not centrists, but all centrists are independents (in the USA).

    Regardless, whether independents OR centrists, they both outnumber Democrats, and you require their votes to win any election.

    Maybe... just maybe... it's in your best interests to not insult them?

    But you do you, I do think it's funny to watch Lemmings spite themselves repeatedly, every single day I see them cut off their nose to spite their face. Thank you

    All independents are not centrists, but all centrists are independents (in the USA).

    You can be:

    • independent and centrist
    • centrist and not independent
    • independent and not centrist

    Neither of those is inclusive, or exclusive, of the other
