I finally want to play this, but I don't feel confortable with Denuvo. Unfortunately I bought the game on Steam way before I cared about DRM.

I read about the "leaked" unprotected .exe that was used to crack the game ahead of launch and I was wondering if FG's repack using CODEX's release is the one based on that unprotected .exe so I can grab that to play without installing Denuvo.

thanks in advance!

edit: it probably has Denuvo, since the CODEX release is "Episode Ardyn", which came out a year or so later, and the NFO mentions Denuvo in "protection". I'll be giving up, hoping they remove Denuvo from the Steam game sometime in the future
