The machine is a Hurco made in 1980. I've updated and modified the main board to run G-Code, but the tape drive still works <3
OK, I need to address some questions like this since apparently this instance won't display all comments (actually most comments!)
The grid exists so that I can use rubber to wrap around it under the part where necessary. As someone pointed out. you can see a bit of the rubber on the left side.
