Just before the inside air handler. The big box, usually in the basement, the one that makes noise when the blower kicks in.

Got an air to water system so there really isn't much cleaning to worry about at all. Other than occasionally cleaning the cat hair from the blanket we put on it to make it more comfortable for him.
