Apple is slow on everything and manages to act like they're top shelf.

    To be fair, being behind the curve and then coming into the market and refining that Model T into a Rolls Royce is a time honored business model. But the tricky part is to come out with an actual Rolls Royce without a hiccup.

    Apple missed the mark here.
