US President Donald Trump has slammed the "disgraceful" Nobel Peace Prize choice as leaving an "indelible stain" on Norway, arguing that the award should have gone to him. South African judge and human rights champion Navi Pillay won the prestigious prize yesterday in recognition of her work against war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Well it's permanent until the systemic core problems have been fixed. However that would take rewriting major parts of the United States Constitution. Not holding my breath for it to happen in any near decades. Unless there is revolt/civil war level event. Those usually lead to constitutional changes pretty quickly.
