If given a choice between a Tesla car, and an equally good brand named "Hitla", which would you choose? (lemmy.world)

Assuming the Hitla car/owner has an equally leftwing reputation as Elon does a Maga/Nazi reputation.

The car you choose will be your daily driver. You have to be seen with it regularly.

Assuming it's free. I'd take the Tesla, as it's likely to have a better resale value than the unknown brand. Take the Tesla, sell it and use the money to buy a decent car.
