    I think people who rape, torture, kidnap, steal, and deport others are evil, no matter who their boss is.

    I'm not sure about that. One boss does it out in the open, and gets opposition. The other does it more discretely, and gets very little pushback.

    We know Obama deported more people. Most of us are aware of that, and it's a major criticism that we have of him. But Obama followed the law and due process, and I'm not aware of the systemic issues you're referring to happening under him.

    Under Trump it's literally the point.

    If you cannot tell the difference, then maybe you shouldn't be allowed to vote.

    I don't find that surprising at all. I frequently see Libs defending the same policies that they critizise under Republicans, as long as the Blue Team is the one doing it. Partisianship matters more than policy to them, it would seem.

    I can tell the difference: One openly admits that they don't care, the other pretends that they are going to fix it, but quitely keeps perpetuating it.

    Unfortunately, wanting to take away people's voting rights for having the audacity of pointing out factually correct information is what I've come to expect from Libs.

    It's so incredibly disingenuous to pretend that any of that is the same as what's happening right now. And I'm certain you know that it's different and it's fucking foul that you you're so ok with lying like this. You should be ashamed.

    I'm not a fucking lib, I've got eyes and a brain. There's a difference between individual (awful) isolated events, and systemic and purposeful abuse at an administrative level.

    Yeah, things like:

    • DHS Office of Inspector General (OIG) failed to investigate more than 97 percent of reports of sexual abuse
    • ..the Officer of the Inspector General received more than 33,000 reports of sexual and/or physical abuse against various DHS agencies... the OIG initiated investigations into only 247 — or less than one percent...
    • Of the 900, four grievances were resolved in favor of the detainee. There is no indication as to what the grievances were about or whether any of these were forwarded to oversight agencies in Washington, D.C.
    • But the Obama administration excluded immigration detention centers from proposed rules to comply with PREA earlier this year.

    And if you had bothered to read what I posted, you would have known that. You could also do some basic research on your own. Those are results that I got from less than 10 minutes worth of searching, there's plenty more out there.
