Yeah that’s part of the problem too, now that I’ve seen the light I can’t go back. So it’s not even like I can do specialty as a treat and still keep drinking cheap coffee during the week, now all that cheap coffee tastes terrible to me. I never used to mind it before. I never really enjoyed it much, but it did the job. But now when I drink coffee I’m analyzing it for tasting notes, acidity, body, all that. It’s definitely a lot of fun and I have no regrets but I can’t drink crappy coffee anymore without having an unpleasant experience. I’ll still drink it if it’s my only option but it bothers me more now than it used to.
