I've been doing this for a year now, it works but I've had to become a lot less template driven. Obsidian Tasks is useful sometimes but I had to turn off most of the features overtime.

This started out of necessity when my infrastructure was pulled out from underneath me a month or so before a delivery. Now I don't trust any issue or ticketing system that isn't mirrored locally.
