site: yeah we rebooted the modem but we're still not online this is your fault

    The next half dozen emails condensed:

    It;s on top of the rack / what rack / the eight foot black cabinet you keep all the equipment you use EVERY DAY in / we don't have one of those do you mean the server? / the lights are off / can you check the plug / its unplugged / can you plug it in?/ where? / nvm I'm sending a tech

    I miss L1 ISP support. "can't find your arse with both hands and a GPS? Too bad, can't help ya then"
