I actually tried to use windows for dev work a few years ago and had an experience that couldn't be more opposite to your claims

I'm not going to spend time writing up my experience just for you to tell me it was my fault or it didn't happen. I have been on the internet for a bit now, I know this game. It happened.

lol fuckin called it. I didn't even waste my time typing it up and you still did it.

But yeah man windows is awesome for dev because what you want is a constantly breaking mess where you have to randomly reinstall tools all the time. Fuckin' linux and its "works all the fucking time solidly" nonsense. That shit is for pussies.

    I’ve been a dev for 25 years.

Lmfao. If you like windows after those years, you haven't been. Liar.
