This video is not only interesting but will put a smile on your face. It is not rude so can be shared with children (but not young ones as they may not understand) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXjfz0N_JXg

I'll see if I can manage next time. permalink fedilink source hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] zero_gravitas@aussie.zone [S] 2 points 7 months ago* (1 child) No problem. A trick you might find handy is that you can upload an image to this site by putting the image in the body of the post temporarily (first you'll have to download it, of course). Once you've uploaded it into the post body you can grab the image URL (now on aussie.zone) from there to put in the 'Thumbnail URL' field, and then delete the image from the post body. Sometimes you can get problems if you try to use an image URL that's hosted on another site, because those sites prevent 'hotlinking' of images a.k.a. 'piggybacking'. Lemmy doesn't automatically re-host external images set in 'Thumbnail URL', so doing it yourself with that trick above may help you avoid issues. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 1 child comment replies: [–] arbilp3@aussie.zone 2 points 7 months ago Thanks again. permalink fedilink source parent
