WTF is that shit hanging off the back without a reflector and where are the damn rear lights and license plate?

Not sure about lights, but the license plate at least appears to be on the top left (temporary plate).

+1...that piece of paper flopping around in the wind is the license plate. That is some 3rd World shit.
