Consent-o-matic allows me to access the contents without accepting your policies. Win for me

Not sure if what I use is better, but I just use the optional cookie filter lists on Ublock Origin.

Consent-o-matic will actively reject cookies while most cookie filters hide the UI element or just presses OK.

They're going to get blocked anyway by uBlock Origin if it blocks their scripts

That filter doesn't reject cookies. It just stops you from seeing the pop-up from my understanding.
