This is how Trump will defend recreating slavery adjacent to the prison system slavery.

He will claim there is no choice.

it already happened.

he said he'll exempt some industries from ice raids. those who work well be even more desperate, and the bosses will be able to call ICE to kidnap whichever worker isn't performing as desired. under those conditions it might as well be slavery without the actual ownership.
