Logitech have otherwise given me good reason to trust them over the years, I've had a number of peripherals from them die out of warranty and they're always happy to send a free replacement.

However, what they're doing with Harmony (and their other smart brands) is kinda shitty. Harmony especially was a pretty expensive setup to have and I'm getting the feeling its days are numbered.

Given the elite (+ the harmony ecosystem) is still one of the best smart remote controls out there even years later, it's more than a bit annoying for them to have captured basically the whole market and then abandoned it once there was no viable competition.
