I am SO HYPED!!!
ROCK AND STONE!!!
Ah good to know the in game one isn't unusuable. Prolly gonna use that until I can get mint working on my deck as i said in another comment
I've just been using the ingame one on arch Linux, everything works perfectly fine.
So was trying to get it on my steam deck and I'm figuring it's a linux problem. Im following this guide, the same one I used on my PC and had no issues. I'm at the step where I paste in the mod.io key and it's throwing an error, "error sending request for url error trying to connect". I've tried rebooting, and thats really all my computer knowledge extends to. I am using the .exe version through wine, no idea how its set up cus it "just worked". I did try the linux version first, but on that after extracting it and running Mint nothing happened, so I tired the .exe one and that managed to launch.
Any linuxy wisdom would be appreciated
Mint was what I was looking for! Got it up and running with no issues so far thanks
I run DRG on my Linux desktop and use Mint to load mods. It should, in theory, work on the Steam Deck.
They nailed the last sentence: "This is more than a matter of life and death. Company profits are at stake here."
Where does Caeser come in to it though?
Caeser was an Oppressive Tyrant. He was stabbed to death. Thus, weak to melee.
It's a joke that's flying over my head
I would have disagreed if not for the name of Glyphid Praetorians, but that being the case, it makes a lot of sense :D
Aight, imma go dip my balls in liquid morkite :).
They were asking about DRG: Survivor though.
Oh no there's a chicken hat? I'm never gonna finish my promotion assignment at this rate
Seems a shame to me.
No, it's entirely single player.
Is Survivor multiplayer in any way?
Ziplines are also useful for negating fall damage. You can just hold e while falling towards them.
The shield isn't meant for holding a position long-term, it's more to give you a bit of breathing room in tight spots. If you toss it out by a downed ally, it'll give you enough time to safely revive them. It's also useful if you're surrounded at low health and just need a few more seconds to clear out nearby enemies.
Yes, that was the shield, you can upgrade either the size or the duration increase drastically, enough for reviving someone and clearing the area around it. It is probably the best support tool in the entire game. The zipline is slow to set up but can be used multiple times by multiple people at the same time, and it is rather slow, but if set up at an angle you can slide down much faster if you press W
Is the shield the little mine thing? I didn't use it much, and when I did it was gone quick. Presumably there's an upgrade path for it to make it more useful?
I didn't use the zipline much either, it was taking me too long to get the setup and then it was so slow when I was on it!
