I've just got in after a beach-themed party and could eat a few of those now.

I like a nice flat hot plate to cook on, can get a few spices mixed up with some potatoes and peppers on there, mixed in with whatever other flavours are there.

Building is as much fun as grilling (maybe even more). Imagine cooking on something you build yourself. Custom made. Everything is exact how you want it.
