A Post to organize links to Anarchist Black Cross, IWOC, and anarchist-friendly prisoner support Groups.

Groups are separated by root comments into major regions. Add new groups by responding to the appropriate root region. While information about a group becoming active again, or updates about new group links and pages are welcome, news about groups should be posted in !anarchism@slrpnk.net, and information about collective actions should be posted in !abolition@slrpnk.net.

News from groups about individual incarcerated people should be their own posts in !abc@slrpnk.net. Include an all-caps tag of the three-letter country code at the start of the post and the person's name somewhere in the title to make searching the community easier.

[USA] ☎️ KEEP CALLING: PHONE ZAP FOR PRAIRIELAND 📣Rowan hasn't been returned to general population with the other defendants. Pod C at Wichita Falls still has minimal tablet access. Keep pressuring the jail on both issues! We've gotten so much support, including the beautiful art on slide 3. Thanks to all calling & sharing reportbacks!@abc

Image description: Green graphic with light text and phone illustration in the background. The text states:

Keep calling! Phone zap status update

Prison employees say holding Rowan in med seg is not punishment for political activity, but refuse to give another clear reason.

They deny having control over the tablets, and say that consistent access to communication with friends, family, and lawyers is a privilege not a right.

Keep calling. Send an email. We won't let up.

"This is a petty ploy on the part of the state to quash any small, fleeting spark of happiness or hope that may arise among the defendants. Prison officials seek to punish and isolate our friends at every turn for speaking truth to power and standing up against injustice; something that, in the eyes of the state, is a vile crime that deserves maximum retribution."

Tablet access for all! Return Rowan!

[USA] ☎️ URGENT PHONE ZAP FOR PRAIRIELAND DEFENDANTS 📣We STILL need all hands on deck for an urgent phone zap with two critical demands, as of March 26!1) Return Rowan Gibson to general population2) Provide everyone with tablet access nowThe tablets are especially critical for all the defendants who just had their federal trial because they need to communicate with their lawyers to file motions by TOMORROW, March 27!@abc

Image description: A red and orange graphic with an illustration of a phone in the background. The text states:

URGENT PHONE ZAP
Two high priority demands

Communication with legal counsel is a right! Tablet access now!

Right now, defendants are in an urgent post trial window where they need to be in contact with their lawyers who are filing motions.

Due to distance, this contact is primarily done through the tablets. The barrier is that there are 40 people in the pod and only 2 tablets with video capability.

We need the facility to fix the broken tablets so that our people can get adequate legal counsel in preparation for crucial deadlines this week.

Get Rowan out of med seg and away from illness exposure!

On March 24th, Rowan Gibson was abruptly told to gather their things and that they were being moved to med seg without reason.

Hours later, the lawyers got the reason: the facility is claiming that Rowan, Mari, Rebecca, Liz, and Savanna being together is a security risk.

Now, Rowan is being held with people who are ill, exposing them to illness too. This is clearly punishment for the months they've spent advocating and fundraising for other incarcerated people.

We need Rowan returned to gen pop now for their health and safety.

☎️ CALL-IN CAMPAIGN HAPPENING RIGHT NOW 📞The Prairieland defendants are facing horrendous conditions in Tarrant County Jail where they were moved this week before trial. They have had their legal paperwork confiscated, held in filthy cells, and treated as violent and dangerous. They are strapped to a cart when leaving their cells and many have not been able to access the tablets that allow them to contact their family or reading material.@abc

CALL IN ACTION

The Prairieland defendants are facing horrendous conditions in Tarrant County Jail where they were moved this week before trial. They have had their legal paperwork confiscated, held in filthy cells, and treated as violent and dangerous. They are strapped to a cart when leaving their cells and many have not been able to access the tablets that allow them to contact their family or reading material. We are asking our supporters to call the jail and the judge and demand that this change. They have a right to a fair trial and to be treated as innocent until proven otherwise.

[USA] A new date has been set for the start of the Prairieland Defendants’ federal jury trial: Feb 17!We have been told this date is set. The North Texas federal court circuit in Fort Worth is well-known for being fast & firm with trial dates. Dario Sanchez’s state trial is set for April 20 in Johnson County. This is not a lot of time! We’re calling on supporters everywhere to do everything you can to help the defendants get the best defense possible: tinyurl.com/fortworthcourt@abc

Following a noise demo at the Prairieland ICE detention facility near Fort Worth, TX, federal agents and texas law enforcement have arrested 18 people and brought charges against them that include material support for terrorism, attempted murder, and tampering with evidence. The official story is one of an Antifa terrorist cell caught red-handed. But the facts suggest that this story is a fabrication; a politically motivated narrative used to justify a criminalization of left-wing politics, and to justify extreme charges for the purpose of stifling dissent. Supporting these individuals is an emergency in our current political landscape.

[USA] Statement from Released Defendantdfwdefendants.wordpress.com/20At first, my incarceration was the same as everyone else’s. Isolation, in a dirty cell. After my bond was lowered and I was released, they pull a a bait & switch at a hearing to add conditions to my release. They indicted me on a second charge and sent me to jail for labor day weekend. 🇺🇸 [USA] Support Savanna Batten, 1 of the Prairieland Defendants!Savanna is 1 of 17 people arrested thus far on absurd conspiracy charges after an anti-ICE demo on July 4, 2025. She and her codefendants endure tortuous conditions in #JohnsonCountyJail in #Cleburne #Texas, including solitary confinement and guards reportedly strip searching them up to 3 times a day. With her bond set at $10 million, she has been held in solitary for over 2 months now. Please share!@abc #PrairielandDefendants

A purple and green graphic with an orange splotch behind Savanna's name. On the left there is a photo of Savanna Batten, holding a cat. She is looking down at the cat. It's accompanied on the right by text saying the following:

A note from the mother of a Dallas anti-ICE protestor: "My daughter is a gentle soul with a heart for justice. She has devoted more than half of her life to advocating for animal welfare and human rights. She has been a voice for the voiceless, she's saved the lives of countless animals and was instrumental in ending the use and abuse of live animals in circuses all over the country. She is deeply grieved by the kidnappings and human rights violations occurring all day every day in cities and towns across America. It doesn't surprise me one bit that she would have stepped up to defend other humans against the horrors being inflicted. It's who she is."
