She was “introduced to someone with money, money… It was Donald Trump.” Trump asked everyone to leave the room. He said words to the effect of “Let me teach you how little girls are supposed to be”

It says that in the summer of 1994, after seventh grade, she took a bus from her father’s home in the Midwest to New York to start a modelling career. While she waited for the bus home, someone urged her to come to a party hosted by Epstein, where she could meet “important people”. She went to four parties and was paid around $500 for her attendance.

At the first party she was told to strip to her underwear and massage Epstein. Then she was told to massage Trump, and that “this was what she had to do in order to get a job”.

The account she gave committee staff describes rape.

The report offers three supports (pp. 17-18):

1. A court filing. Harth’s 1997 lawsuit against Trump says that on or around Saturday, November 20, 1993, Trump demanded access to a young Czech contestant he called a “sex object”. Keul describes meeting an 18-year-old Czech contestant at the pageant who said she would marry Trump. The report says the two descriptions “largely” match. The filing came 29 years before the report, and the report does not say it names Keul.
2. The NYU lure. Survivors told the committee in January 2026 that Epstein promised them NYU places. Keul described Trump’s NYU promise in October 2024, before that pattern was public.
3. The phone call. A 1990s Epstein assistant told the New York Times that Epstein had her call pageant winners abroad and invite them to Florida. Trump’s call to Switzerland fits the same pattern.

In the DOJ December 2025 release, a federal prosecutor on the Maxwell investigation wrote on Tuesday, January 7, 2020, at 7:56 PM (19:56) Eastern, under the subject “RE: Epstein flight records”, that “the flight records we received yesterday reflect that Donald Trump traveled on Epstein’s private jet many more times than previously has been reported (or that we were aware)”.

The more than 50-page report alleges that Trump was “an active participant in Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse of young women in the mid-to-late 1990s.”

A Democratic Judiciary Committee source told MS NOW the report draws on publicly available accounts as well as conversations with survivors. The source declined to provide additional details about those conversations, citing concerns for survivors’ privacy. The source also declined to quantify how many survivor conversations they had.

The report also compares Trump’s statements about Epstein in recent years to documentary evidence — including emails, deposition transcripts, Trump’s prior public statements, and Trump’s drawings and signatures.

Washington, D.C. (October 26, 2026)—Today, Rep. Jamie Raskin, Ranking Member of the House Judiciary Committee, released a sweeping new Committee staff report, “‘We Have Certain Things in Common, Jeffrey’: The Case Against Donald Trump Emerging in the Epstein Files and DOJ’s Desperate Efforts to Cover it Up,” detailing evidence involving 11 women, five of whom directly accuse Donald Trump of rape or sexual assault in Jeffrey Epstein’s close company or presence. The report concludes that, based on the available evidence and witness testimony, Trump and Paolo Zampolli—who until recently served as a senior Trump Administration official and diplomat—may have been co-conspirators in Jeffrey Epstein’s conspiracy to traffic and abuse young women in the 1990s.

Drawing on interviews conducted by Committee staff, survivor accounts, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) records and documents released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, the report traces striking similarities in the stories of women abused by Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump. With one exception, each assault or instance of sexual misconduct occurred between 1992 and 1997, in New York and Palm Beach, and many of the victims were closely tied to the modeling industry and Zampolli.

The attorney general of New Mexico on Wednesday filed a civil lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime attorney, Darren Indyke, and Epstein’s longtime accountant, Richard Kahn, accusing them of having “facilitated and concealed” Epstein’s crimes, and is seeking to stop them from being paid by Epstein’s estate while the litigation plays out.

The lawsuit, filed in the US district court for the district of New Mexico, names Kahn and Indyke as defendants both in their individual capacity, and in their capacity as co-executors of Epstein’s estate. The complaint also names Epstein’s estate, and the 1953 Trust, which holds the estate’s assets.

“Epstein, with the help of his associates, trafficked, isolated, and abused survivors at alluring locations” including at Epstein’s ranch in Stanley, New Mexico, known as Zorro Ranch, the complaint claims. It goes on to allege that “in exchange for furthering Epstein’s criminal project and remaining silent about it, his associates received generous salaries, access to elite social circles, and lavish gifts, including being named beneficiaries of his multimillion-dollar estate”.

Among the demands the lawsuit seeks is a court order preventing Indyke and Kahn from receiving estate payments while the case proceeds.

Excerpt: Survivor Dani Bensky confronted Blanche about the disclosures during his Senate confirmation hearing in July. “It’s been absolutely devastating,” she testified. “Outing survivors causes real and irrevocable harm. While coping with our emotional distress and psychological trauma, we also have lost our privacy and confidentiality, suffered reputational harm, lost jobs, and now fear for our personal safety.”

The FBI employees allegedly received instructions from FBI and DOJ leadership to only redact victims’ names if they were on a “designated victim list,” according to the complaint. The complaint describes the decision to limit victim information redactions as “highly alarming” considering that it exposed personally identifiable information, grand jury materials, and information about child victims and witnesses. The Wall Street Journal has previously reported that employees were directed to disclose geographical information about victims, including city and state.

“I am concerned that people who are determined to find the victims will be able to piece together the information that we were instructed to not redact [and it] will lead to harassment or worse for the victims,” the whistleblower wrote in an email to a supervisor four days before filing the complaint.
