That's the least disturbing part of this scene.

I have a feeling that a mere mortal body would end up rejecting a transplant of some non-Euclidean "organ" from Kenneth's body.
Kenneth should have donated him one of his... whatever organs it is that Kenneth has. I'm sure it'd grow back anyway.
Some women can regenerate their virginity
If you count having or not having a hymen (or how much of it is left) as having or not having their virginity, maybe... but that's for the front one, we're talking about the one in the back here...
I love how Liz overlooks that because her immediate concern is asking about the "in the back" thing or the "Waldo the town perv" thing.
Tracy, you are going to die. You have no reflexes, your blood tastes like root beer, and some of your bones appear to have vanished. Now, I've only ever seen this kind of thing on dead people during Operation Desert Storm.
THAT SUIT WAS MADE SPECIAL FOR YOUR WEIRD BODY!

“Pedi-Dimorphism” reminds me of another joke about how something is off with Tracy, physically:
Why are you so heavy?
Because so much of me has died!
it comes and goes she got taken care of now
Some women can regenerate their virginity over time, like wolverine regenerates his foreskin every time he's circumcised.
Wait, repeatedly..?
The Joren Van Der Sloot joke had a few layers.
S6E13 "Grandmentor"
PETE: Liz, we have a show in four hours. Have you still not picked a contest winner?
LIZ: Ugh! Fine, I'll just pick one at random. It's... Joren Van Der Sloot.
PETE: We can't fly someone from Peru now! There's no time!
On the surface, it just seems like a silly joke. But the more layers you peel back tells deeper jokes.
- that name sounds silly to Americans, like a goofy name that was made up for the joke
- that name is certainly not someone you would expect to be in Peru
- that is actually a real person who was in the news recently for killing someone while on vacation or something. Pete recognizes that this is someone who is currently sitting in a Peruvian jail or whatever
- Pete doesn't care about having a murderer on the show. All he cares about is the logistics of actually getting them onstage. If it were possible, he wouldn't mind doing it.
That show might have had the best comedic writers in my lifetime. I love the connection with Don Glover as a writer and the references to Stone Mountain, Georgia. It's probably one of the reasons I liked Community so much. In my mind, Tbilisi and Stone Mountain are only a few miles apart.
And the fact that we all know which one she's going to say just turns it all into a compressed shaggy-dog story.
"Okay, this buildup is making me nervous."
"Just say who it is and I'll feel better."
I don't remember that one.
She's a great listener

The Meryl Streep/Madonna bit was also excellent.
Yeah, Jenna is frequently off in her own little world.
Liz: "You've already made up your mind about this, haven't you?"
Jenna: "Oh, you're right, Liz! I should go for it!"
Liz: "You're not even listening, are you? Poop. Monkey butt."
Jenna: "No, you're a good friend and thank you."

I can imagine. The 30 Rock one is still fun, in part because I'm a couple of years out from my last re-watch and on several of them, I was like, "so if not 'fuck,' then what word was it?"
Yeah, the Stargate version turned out much better because that show was much more wholesome and family-friendly to start with, so the juxtaposition of the beeps were more out of place and therefore funny.
In a distressingly large number of these, the tone is not particularly different. 🤣
