What in the actual fuck did I just read
Didn't the mullvad owner donante a ton of money to an extreme right party in Sweden? Or was that the tuta guy?
Excellent. I won't have to implement a password policy and can just monitor that single password to be strong enough.
I'll just have to think of a way to share the password with the team. A post-it? An email? Maybe displayed on a big screen in the lobby so the team can see it coming into the office? But then they won't see it when they WFH.
Ugh! Choices.
I'll have to think this through! Maybe require people in the office full-time again? They'll understand right?
Edit: I feel like I should be adding a /s to this juuuuuuust to be sure....
I won't do it without a customer success manager hounding me every 2 weeks.
It does some extra stuff signal doesn't ( apparently). Though there's always a risk using a 3rd party client. And I guess it might be against the TOS of signal?
- encrypt the database with a password
- not using google for notifications
- ram shedding And some others....
I've tried zed in the past and it wasn't bad. Though they seemed to have gone down the AI train ( agentic, built with, ... ). Do with that info what you will.
Vscode is a popular one, and there's a foss version called vscodium ( https://vscodium.com/ ).
As far as free ones go that's all I know. When it comes to actual coding I prefer the jetbrains tools over the vscode ones. They have a few community versions of their tools ( like pycharm for python development), but I have no idea how limited they are.
I'm not sure what you mean by code editing. If its just editing a yaml file left and right or actually writing code.
Maybe an IDE is overkill for your scenario and you just need an editor with syntax highlighting.
Does it at least include SSO?
I started with authelia, but decided I'd rather not fork around with config files all the time ( I didn't have issues with it though ).
Then I switched to voidauth which has more UI. Works well too, but I find the UI a bit confusing to use. It is a bit atypical in the sense that going back and forward between menus is different and bothers me for some reason.
Currently running that in parallel with pocket. I'm charmed by the simplicity of not having to deal with or worry about passwords. It also has a built in dashboard of apps you can access which removes the need ( for me ) to run something else and keep that up to date.
Hmmm. I use it freely as an alternative to breaking. But that's probably not a correct way to use it.
Old man trying to be hip and all that.
You raise a good point :).
I wonder if you're eligible for a refund because the game suddenly became unplayable 2 years after the launch because they decide to brick Linux gaming.
Edit: I know Linux still works. I was just generally wondering
I guess it's around 4 games since the end of the 90s. So there definitely aren't many of them or that heavily marketed (that I'm aware of ) :).
This is they're 5th or 6th racing game since episode 1.
