It's currently 20% off on steam. My personal GOTY for sure.
Raspberry pi started as a weird educational side project of a Broadcom engineer, and that enabled them to work with a dirt cheap mass produced SoC for the first iterations. Without broadcom, there would be no raspberry pi. The problem is, it got wildly successful, and moved from side project to actual project that makes money, and education for poor kids wasn't as much of a priority anymore.
Cardiacs - Victory Egg
FWIW, I'd urge you to give it a try. I generally don't like "horror horror" games and I loved Control. The best TV parallel for me is neither x-files nor twin peaks (though the vibe is undeniably Lynchy) but rather "the lost room" from the early noughties, which is also worth a watch if you haven't seen it and happen to like control's vibe.
Edit: forgot to add, I loved Prey 2017 as well and control is WAY less scary. Once the abilities click, Jesse becomes an unstoppable whirlwind of ripped concrete and office furniture. This is by design, the spoiler is in the name.
Yeah, you're right. I don't have any experience with industrial oil making but that process sounds nasty.
Hey, finally a topic I can contribute something to (I dabble in making my own olive oil).
Depending on what you mean by chemical methods, you might not be 100% correct. The vast majority of food grade olive oil (including really high quality stuff) is extracted by crushing the olives into a mash, mixing it with warm water and spinning the resulting paste in a centrifuge. The quality varies according to the quality of the fruit, when it's picked, how much oil you're trying to squeeze out, and the variables you control are basically the temperature and quantity of water in the mash. It's classified as virgin or extra virgin according to the chemical composition, and the "cold pressed" is more of a marketing term than an actual process. It's nowadays supposed to mean that the mash doesn't get over a certain temperature in the extraction, but if it did it would be poor quality oil anyway, so it's pretty meaningless for "decent or above" oil quality. Purely mechanically pressed oil is exceedingly rare and has a more muted flavor because it skips the process of mixing the mash with water, which activates the aromatic compounds.
Edit: all that being said, the bizarre wording in the meme undoubtedly means that the oil is garbage tier.
Nope, it's a clone device, innioasis y1 I think. I don't think classic ipods supported flac.
Not necessarily my cup of tea, but at two bucks it's basically free, so...
Haagen Dazs never had anything to do with Europe, it was started in the Bronx by a dude that wanted the name to sound posh so he went for a vaguely Danish sounding name.
If a screen is connected that's another thing, though even that can lead to overheating. For example, a lot of modern laptops suck in air through the keyboard and having the lid closed while working messes up their thermal performance, and heats up the screen to an unhealthy degree.
But having it wake up and try installing an update while sitting in a bag, closed and disconnected from a screen, is a straight up fire hazard, and it happened to me multiple times with windows laptops.
