If the responsible people are aware, in this case teachers, director and to a certain extend parents, but won't do anything, you did not cause enough discomfort for them to do something.

I'd have another talk with the teacher and director and make it very clear that this issue won't stand. I'd explain to them again why this is urgent and lay out my next steps if this is not solved. Those next steps may involve consulting a lawyer regarding taking legal action, going up the ladder above the director, involving the responsible government organization etc.

Make it clear that if they don't solve this problem they will get another 10 problems to solve very soon. Sometimes people need some extra good reasons to care for a problem that concerns someone else. Make it their problem.

I got out of severe depression by trying and keeping at it to do these things I didn't even believe could help me anymore. Surprise, they did. Yes it took long and was hard. But it is possible to do even a little bit.

The part telling me I can't do it and saying I shouldn't even try cus I won't do it anyways, that is part of the depression too. It is self sustaining.

In my mind the trick that worked was: if everything is shit no matter what, if I hate every second anyways no matter what I do, if nothing will change how miserable I am, then taking a short walk won't change anything for the worse either, not to any significant degree anyways.

That way bit by bit my absolute apathy tricked itself into doing things because it didn't matter either way. And slowly shit got tiny bits better.

ADHD kids and also adults I guess can sometimes be a bit much for normies especially when we get excited. I know I do. Sometimes I even hyper fixate on a person for a while. I learned this by alienating a lot of friends over the years. It hurts a ton to be rejected so often especially as a kid and teen.

I'd love to be able to help my children to learn this in a leas painful way. But at the same time I don't want to teach them that they are in some way "wrong". I don't want them to feel like being themselves is bad. At the same time I know it can be hard on others when my kids are so overbearing as I tended to be myself.

Any ideas, thoughts and opinions appreciated.
