Toss him in the ocean and find another sheesh.
M6 mac mini on sale right now is kind of hard to beat. The m6 is a beast of a processor and the included 2.5Gbe is nice. The disks would need to go into a cheap Tb4 enclosure.
Can't steal from robber barrons.
Yeah. It's disheartening to see those who don't vote or argue for not voting. I might not believe our current system is good, but I can't be arsed to ask anyone to help fix it if I don't do the basics to participate. One of the first things I'd ask of a representative government is opt out automatic voter enrollment combined with ranked choice voting, I believe we sorely need it.
🙌 I'm not part of it but sure.
Psy Op worked. Show me on the dotted line where the Democratic Party has acknowledged tackling and replacing the first past the post system in a serious manner? I still vote, because yes what else is there to do, but that’s the beauty of the psy op. You feel like you’re participating, but it’s just a show :)
Nope. I voted. I’m just being realistic about the psy op; My vote even for shit candidates in a non representative first past the post system serves as part of my protest.
Left or right politics forcing voters to choose between two sides and ultimately become single issue voters is a deep state psy op to literally make everyone hate politics and allow oligarchical control.
Extreme surges in demand have happened before, and if you weren't familiar the memory production market has actually always struggled with consistent long term demand, having several periods where they'd heavily cut production and investment. Which actually it's worth saying there's not much inherently special about Samsung/Sk/Micron beyond they had happened to have invested in the required R/D & Infrastructure to manufacture HBM at a time when it appeared to be far less lucrative. Memory was actually in such a surplus for the short time around covid prior to ai that they had implemented reduced production capacity. Now with the demand soaring in long term projections and a shortage in supply more will find it financially viable to accept the costs to enter the market, and the current 3 will ramp longterm supply even bringing full new fabs online. There's scenarios where this isn't the case, ofc, but it's a general trend that has proven fairly reliable in modern industry and in specific the memory industry.

Not even remotely true if you're at all familiar with several massive hardware developments in the pipeline. People have been saying it's the end of significant progress since 2010 and yet I'm playing what used to be 300w+ console games on a 2.5w A20 SoC. Ram will even come back down in 2-5 years. This is literally a company selling it. Ofc they're going to embellish the demand and stretch their excessive revenue goals far into the future, they're pumping stock.
Wait until you find out the equivalent of those bombs we burn in fossil fuels a day...
