I don't think I have ever actually learned how to play Super Smash Bros. It's all trial and error with each character and pressing ⬇️+B. Needless to say, I'm not very good.

An important distinction here is that BlackRock is not a PE firm. They are an asset management company. Now, that's not to say they're not in the business of buying up homes, just that they're not PE. Blackstone is the PE firm which has been buying up single family homes. They're different companies. Both evil though.

I don't think the average trader is convinced of this at all. I think they just know to buy in early to ride the hype, then sell it once the hype dies down. Short term gains.

The mental gymnastics of purity tests for every candidate are going to be the downfall of American democracy.

I understand distrust in politicians, but come on, this isn't a case of the lesser of two evils. It's a regular guy who is putting forth progressive policy ideas and a proven supporter of everything wrong with modern politics. Not to mention, Collins does almost nothing for her constituents anymore and is so out of touch it's absurd.

Mainers fortunately don't care about the purity test nonsense.
