Edit: I wonder if his ego is so massive that he is in complete denial of the fact that the vast majority of humanity would celebrate his death, even in the US. That applies to literally everyone and doesn't justify anything, men are no less or more immune, and the choice should be the one who is or would be wearing or not wearing a given piece of clothing on whether they do or don't wear it.
